The Relational Schools team are a group of researchers, academics, teachers, and consultants who all share a desire to transform education. Through our own diverse experiences of school, and our different specialist backgrounds, we are convinced that the secret to a better society is improved social relationships.

Group CEO of the Relationships Foundation
Dr Robert Loe is the Director of the Relational Schools Foundation. Having worked in education for over eighteen years with a range of leadership roles in schools throughout Essex and Cambridgeshire, Rob founded Relational Schools Project in 2014. He researches, writes and speaks on the importance of fostering positive relationships between key stakeholders in schools.

Head of Programmes
As Head of Programmes, Ben Gibbs ensures the Foundation’s projects run smoothly and deliver against expectations. This means he is often a client or grant-funder’s main point of contact from the start, with responsibility for maintaining the relationship over time. He has taught and worked in educational policy and assessment, and consulted on curriculum, leadership and organisational strategy. He holds postgraduate qualifications in teaching, educational leadership and organisation development.
